#1300's option A, the water's half. WaterWavesImporter was a row in Vixen.Editor.Assets' hand list. It lives beside the toolset that authors a sea state now, and reaches a registry because every host that links this assembly — the editor (EditorModules), vixen (VixenCommand) and the compiler worker (WorkerHost) — calls Link at start-up.
⚠ Into Linked, never Default, for VfxGraphImporters' reason: a worker handed this assembly as a plugin and linking it too would have two importers claiming .vxwaves.
