Remarks

⚠ Three named answers rather than a Boolean pair. "Warning and critical" is not a state a reading can be in, and a pair of flags can express it — which is one more thing every caller and every theme rule has to decide what to do about.

Nothing worth saying: the reading has passed no threshold.
Warning
It has passed Warning and not Critical.

It has passed Critical.
