Remarks

Spelled out rather than taken from Silk.NET.OpenGL's enums, and that is the point: IGlApi is the seam that makes the translation layer testable without a driver, and an interface whose parameters were Silk enums would drag the binding — and therefore a context — into every test. The values are the ones in the registry and do not change; that is what a stable enumerant means.

Only what the backend emits is here. A constant nobody passes is a constant nobody has checked against the registry.
