7009'{Element}' declares '{Declaration}', and in this UI that clips and does not scroll. — overflow: auto or scroll on anything that is not a ScrollView. Not a refusal: the layout reads it as a scroll container and the draw list clips, and the one thing the author wrote it for is the one thing nothing does. Named by element, once per distinct box, from the per-element style pass; the cure is a ScrollView and never a taller box (#1275)
